Describe the bug

Trying to uplink a route with no waypoints fails with INTERNAL ERROR.

Expected behavior

It should suceeed.

Steps to reproduce

Create a route on SimBrief with no waypoints in it (just DCT origin -> destination). Uplink fails as there is no navlog
