feat(a380x): Basic ECAM functionality with PseudoFWC

A380X only, no QA needed.

Summary of Changes

Ports the PseudoFWC from the a32nx to the a380x.

• [x] Insert PseudoFWC in a380x systems-host
• [x] Modify React EWD so that it can display lower left and lower right lines, reduce size of lower right area
• [x] Inject health status for components which are not yet implemented, to get rid of abnormal indications
• [x] Add XML for ECAM buttons (TO CONF, CLR, ...); nodes already exist

Optional:

• [ ] Delete messages not found in A380X
