Describe the bug

Plan mode with ND range in ZOOM now keeps the display centered when no airport manually selected using the dropdown, even with the F-PLN page displaying the airport. It keeps the ND stuck here unless you load a different airport using the dropdown and then you can revert to the FMS FPL airports.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set the ND mode to PLAN and scroll F-PLN page to destination airport
  2. Set the ND in zoom mode and check no airport display
  3. Try to select "DISPLAY AIRPORT" for FMS F-PLN airports
  4. Load other airport using the dropdown
  5. Revert back to the airport you wanted to see and check that PLAN mode now displays the airport

Airport centering issue as discussed on VC related to the "aircraft within the airport" criteria not being updated
