[A380X] Performance optimization

Performance of A380X currently less than optimal.

Measures to improve performance, unordered list:

CoherentGT:

• Update A380X PFD's ArincValueProvider.ts: Don't allocate every update, update only whenChanged. Consider removing and handling raw values directly in classes
• PFD: Split into multiple SVGs, depending on update rate
• OANS quite resource-hungry, but only when displayed

MainThread:

• Remove polygon count (?)
• Look into shaders&materials

Mostly model related with mainthread limit, I've blanked out every instrument and removed all systems, still seeing stutters. Reminds me of shader compilation stutter, its constant regardless of state of the aircraft.

Also, turning on the lights and being in daytime/night time seems to affect the frame pacing as well. Suggest looking especially into the shaders and materials and comparing with older builds with less model updates.

I have the a380 in the sim (without the model ofc since I don't have access to it). I can confirm that performance is superb when the model isn't loaded in. I recommend adding the 3d model tag to this and asking to modelers to see what they can do to optimize it.
