Hold reverse thrust not working on single-axis joystick

Describe the bug

Reverse thrust levers do not operate while using single-axis joystick as it did in the A32NX.

Expected behavior

Reverse thrust works as it did in the A32NX. (Throttle at Idle, hold throttle reverse thrust button and advance throttle)

Steps to reproduce

• Open FlyPad
• Go through Throttle Calibration process (to/ga on axis, one independent axis, no reverser on axis)
• Ensure that joystick button is still assigned in sim for Hold Throttle Reverse Thrust (as it was for A32NX)
• Verify steps followed in online FlyPad EFB documentation, including special A380X steps of setting throttle 1-4 axis 0-100% to same axis on joystick

I am also having this same issue with the Logitech extreme 3d pro

It has occurred to me that reverser movement is not modeled in cockpit, but reversers do work. With that, I am wondering how the other folks who have posted to this report have fared.
