False Position on ND #9341

Describe the bug

System crash midflight, ND shows wrong position and won't intercept next waypoint, also won't fly to waypoint when set as direct.

Expected behavior

Aircraft should follow waypoints.

Steps to reproduce

Encountered during normal operation, flight from LGAV-OMDB.

Had that too after using pause at TOD. Nothing helped, tried active pause, escape key

Nope, it happened mid cruise.

It's very likely the same issue.

Had exactly the same issue on my first flight in the A388. Was tabbed out of the sim at FL390. Came back to the aeroplane in a slight left-hand climbing turn. PFD was showing straight and level. Autopilot unresponsive and ND showing an incorrect position. Systems were completely unresponsive, and simulator had to be reset. Screenshot of Volanta is attached.

P.s. The departure I seleted was a Vectors departure from YSSY. I performed a direct-to shortly after takeoff, but unsure if this is related to the issue. I was also cruising at FL390 with a manual speed selected
