fix: increase airport timeout for msfs2024 streaming #9558

Summary of Changes

Fetching airports can take a while in MSFS2024, but other facility types are unaffected. Increase the timeout for airports specifically.

Testing instructions

Spawn in MSFS2024, and enter a FROM/TO pair, with one being far away (e.g. other side of the world). Ensure the eventually works and doesn't give "NOT IN DATABASE".
