[EFB] Map on Pushback page not working #9580

No official bug report since no MSFS 2024 support yet. These are things I found when trying to enable MSFS2024 compatibility, briefly writing them down here in one batch.

Touch your brakes and then RTO will work. This happens sometimes on FS2020 too in both planes. Seems like a race condition and the timing changed.

I deleted the RTO issue, didn't know it also happens on 2020
