This patch does the following.

Fix #3, prefer installing it through pip (it's a lot easier and should compatible to all operating system)
Fixed executable not found issue on Windows
Update instructions and links
Add myself as maintainer :)

@cpitclaudel Are you going to review this PR? What are the processes of handing over the maintenance to me? Thanks! :D
