DJI-MSP Fettec #19

Hello,

I've connected UART from Caddx Vista to RX1 and TX1 on my FC via connector. I've tried to connect Vista to UART3 also, but no effect. When I use advanced serial configuration in GUI and set DJI-MSP to UART coresponding to connected one- nothing happened either- besides some more option about DJI OSD comes out in GUI. Also when I plug in the battery with advanced serial configuration on- there are 3 buzzer singnals after standard boot sequence. Can you tell me how DJI- MSP should be configured and connected? My Custom OSD in goggles is turned on.

Did u swap rx tx?

Also, connect SIGNAL GROUND from dji to fc gnd. It helps for some people.

What kind of buzzer signals u get? Could be no radio alarm.

Yes, I did swap RX and TX. Buzzer.zip That is the signal. My radio is ON, and I'm able to arm the quad. I'm using CRSF. In advanced serial configuration default Serial 2 is receiver and serial 5 is VTX + ESC TLM is that correct for Fettec FC? Should I disable UART3 if it is not used?

I'll try to connect SIG GND... update in a minute.

its normal sound - gyro calibrated.

Aaaaaaaaand done! Thank you Comander! You are the best! Can I turn off all unused UARTS? Is there any manual where you can see that TLM pad is UART 2 or something like that? I found Serial 1 and 3 in manual, but nowhere to find info about 2 and 5.

keep unused ports as default - kiss protocol. thats it. enjoy braza.

It's trash. Buy ultra. Full osd on everything like it should be

😅 Soldered the osd disable jumpers and it works, kind of. At least I can see the voltage. It is on Fettec G4.

Thanks! An other fpv pilot I know is trying out Kiss Ultra soon. I just have bought the Fettec G4 just to try out, and I kind of like it. I will definitely buy a Kiss Ultra, but not now, my budget is limited.

Ultra is many orders of magnitude better. Sorry not sorry. You fucked up buying fettec. Once u realize that you will thank me.. they always do.
