Windows Client: Notifications show over Fullscreen Applications #121

Was hoping it would be possible to force the notifications from the windows 
client to show on top of fullscreen applications. Or have a toggle to allow it.

Watching movies, etc with headphones on, is a prime time to make use of this 
app, but the notifications do not appear when another program has fullscreen 
focus.

This is a limitation of Growl for Windows according to Leandro, it can't be 
easily worked around. :(
