Abillity to lock workstation when the phone is out of range of Bluetooth #253

Describe what exactly the feature is, why you think it's important, use
cases for it, how you imagine it would work, etc.

The feature would allow a Windows user to be able to walk away from the 
workstation with their bluetooth paired phone and if they walk out of range of 
the bluetooth signal the workstation would automatically lock.

I look at this as a security feature to help make sure that if you walk away, 
no one can access your computer without your user name and password.

I have seen this in a Blackberry app called Blurts.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE search the existing issues (including closed ones) for
something similar before filing a new one.

The idea is good, but it's definitely not something to be done in this 
application, it should be a separate app. I'll consider doing it separately as 
soon as I have some time.
