Option for 'privacy mode' on Android app #264

I'd like to see an option in the Android app to enable privacy mode there,
instead of on the desktop client (although having it there too doesn't hurt).
Enabling privacy mode just on the computer is good for preventing other people
from seeing the growl notifications on the screen, BUT if another notifier is
running on a different computer without privacy mode (say in another room),
those notifications are still visible.

I think it would be more useful to have privacy mode begin on the Android
device. It sort of defeats the purpose to have notifications flying around
(possibly without security) only to have them filtered out at the destination
anyway.

I'm not sure I understand what privacy mode would be - why can't you just
disable showing growl notifications?
