Give Option to only enable Notifications in one specified Network SSID #54

Right now the app wants to send notifications to my specified IP adress no 
matter what network I'm in., pretty much useless when in Public WiFi hotspots, 
and could be a danger to privacy and unnecessarily uses battery

I only want it to send Notifications when I'm in my Home Network. So could you 
set an option to specify a Target SSID?

This can be easily done with Locale (as soon as it's integrated).
