android-notifier and Samsung Galaxy S #85

IMPORTANT: PLEASE search the existing issues (including closed ones) for
something similar before filing a new one.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pair Galaxy S with Windows XP PC
2. Authorise Galaxy S to access any Windows XP Bluetooth services
2. Select Receive Notifications Only from these Devices
3. Select Add - Please send test notification from the device you wish to pair 
with
4. Click send Test Notification on Phone
5. Bluetooth Icon in Tasktray on Windows XP PC goes green - which means device 
has connected
6. The Test Notification is not displayed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: Test Notification should be displayed
actual: No Test Notification is received

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Samsung Galaxy S with I9000XXJPC ROM - Froyo
Windows XP SP 3

Please provide any additional information below.
If I receive a phone call, Bluetooth Icon on Windows XP PC goes green which 
shows that the Phone is connecting to the PC
But still no notification is received

Sounds a lot like issue 3.
CCing lehphyro since he's the one that develops the Windows client.

Btw, the test notification sent during pairing is not shown, but it should add 
the device as paired after that.

Try enabling bluetooth, then click OK, then open the preferences windows again 
and try to pair your phone. In the next version, you will not have to click OK 
to apply changes.
