What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in droidwall browser not selected in white list
2. open browser and go to www.google.com - it will connect
3. other pages do not load.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I block the browser, all site, instead there is still connection possible.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.5.7. on Cyanogenmod 7.1.0

Please provide any additional information below.

this is caused by browser caching. If the browser fails to connect to
www.google.com it will load it from the cache.

No, this is not caching, I wiped it before the test.
accounts.google.com or news.google.com or ...
all are loading with recent data.
