Enhanced about us page issue #280 #289

Sir(@flyingSaucer87 ) this pull request is to resolve the assigned issue #280, I enhanced the about page by changing its color scheme initially it was of three colors the color at the top was very different from the color used in this page and other page. Also, I enhanced "who are we" section giving it more formal look. I also enhanced footer of this page. I am attaching the previous and current screenshots. Please have a look and kindly merge my PR.
