feat: scroll, footer padding, menu text color

Changes Made:

• Fixed the padding for the footer
• Changed footer text to Los Pollos Hermanos @2022.
• Now the scroll to top button shows after the user has scrolled quite a bit.
• Changed text color in menu to match the background gradient.
