Adding configuration permission #13

Hello,

we would like to add a permission for configuration page of whtools, currently it's the bluetax permission that is used for this page,

if you want to try it out, install lk77/seat-whtools 0.2.1

i was forced to add my fork on packagist since i cant add a vcs repository in seat composer.json, i will delete it if merged.

And note that it is a breaking change, users will need to add that permission to their roles.

this has v4 fix if i read it right if thats true definately should integrate this fork if... it works... and Ik77... THANK YOU FOR THE FIX!!!

a few moments later........

ok installed the branch initally the stocking worked, i added a fit, and.... its broke the settings page, broken since install there the certificates however DO WORK and for that to atleast be working i am thankful I did get some autoload settings and warnings / errors when i pulled the package into composr...

thank you very much for this effort, you have no idea how many you have helped :)

it's for v3, not v4,

this package does not work on v4
