Description of the Issue

On the title screen of the game, there is only white on the title screen with only the copyright information on the bottom right, "FREE PLAY" on the bottom left, and "PRESS START BUTTON" atop them (since I have NAOMI free-play mode enabled) appearing. The game logo (as well as the text "- 2000 EDITION -" at the bottom of "PRESS START BUTTON" and "- M.S.B.S. Ver. 5.66 -" atop the logo) does not appear.

This image link from the System 16 website (https://www.system16.com/screens/voot.jpg) should be the expected look for the title screen (apart from free play mode being disabled).

Debugging Steps Tested

Load the game regardless of video settings (my video settings have transparent sorting set to per-pixel and native depth interpolation enabled, which usually helps fix any graphical glitches on my computer due to it using an Intel integrated GPU, but not this title screen issue). I attempted to change some settings around from how I usually configure them (set transparent sorting to per-triangle, change API from DirectX 11 to OpenGL and back, disable native depth interpolation) but they didn't help.

Logs Gathered

None due to the "Log to File" setting being disabled.

It helps. I've also changed the region setting to "Default," and the issue is also fixed with that set.
