Moero! Justice Gakuen / Project Justice (Rev B) not working, the ROM data needs to be synced with mame upstream: https://github.com/mamedev/mame/commit/f165040010a246e24db2db017d50f80d671f7a01

Unfortunately this would be a breaking change since it would invalidate current savestates, eeproms and flash saves for pjustic and would require everybody to upgrade their romset. So we need to figure out out to proceed smoothly.
