Black Border at bottom on some Naomi games #904

hello, some games have a black border at the bottom, street fighter zero 3 upper is one, i've encountered it on a few games, it only affects the naomi versions and never the Dreamcast version and reportedly doesn't happen on standalone flycast. the top and bottom black border is very uneven so overscan option can't be used as it then cuts the top off

if this can't be fixed easily, could a screen centralising option up/down could be added ?

Street Fighter Zero 3 upper is not a Naomi game. Virtua Tennis 2 console and naomi versions don't have any black border,

Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper IS a Naomi game

and has uneven black borders

plus I have it and am running it on Naomi
