Single search skin with context menu items for switching between common search providers #10

User's often asked how to switch the search skin from DuckDuckGo to Google. One can search Google through DDG by using the !g prefix, but clearly this was not obvious or convenient for many people.

Create a variant of the search skin that uses Google, OR (and I like this better) make a single search skin, with context menu entries that can switch the skin to different search providers. (DDG, Google, Bing, ???)

I added context menu entries for several search providers - it was pretty simple and I like the result. The only remaining question is how to handle #12 with respect to other skins...
