Update map pin detail bubble #18

Needs:

social links
name of organization
URL ( link )
FB and Twitter links
phone number
hide the field if the location doesn't have that info

This should be done by creating a template to use to populate the marker popup html

Whoops. The share links should probably be styled, and need the deep-link-link as part of the url so that when someone shares the location, it deep links to that location.
