terminal error

When I try to start the app now, Ubuntu windows terminal opened in full screen and this notification appeared.

Windows Terminal
Cannot start: 'Value cannot be null. Parameter name: source'.
Microsoft.Explorer.Notification.{stuff}

It worked last month when I submitted my previous issue.

This happens even when the settings .json is deleted
