Extra lines in class file

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create a new Processing Application.
2. Look at the bottom of the generated class file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The generated class has these extra lines at the end of it:

This should be corrected in the latest build.  Please retest.
