Replace iText 2.x by OpenPDF #245

This PR does a major change:

  1. Dependency org.xhtmlrenderer:flying-saucer-pdf (using iText 2.x) will disappear.
  2. Dependency org.xhtmlrenderer:flying-saucer-pdf-openpdf (using OpenPDF) will be renamed to org.xhtmlrenderer:flying-saucer-pdf.
