default for xr.util-logging.loggingEnabled in resources/conf/xhmlrenderer.conf changed #308

in 9.7.x the default for xr.util-logging.loggingEnabled changed from false to true. at least in the built versions @ mvnrepository.

I cannot see that change on github

any explanations for this?
