What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a solution in VS2008
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
VS2008 launched just fine, but when I went to open my project I got a messge
"Package Load Failure. Package "reviewboardvsx reviewboard Extension for
Visual Studio" has failed to load properly (GUID={blablabla}). Pelase contact
package vendor for assistance. Application restart is recommended due to
possible environment corruption. Would you like to disable loading this
package in the future? You may use "devenv /resetskippkgs" to re-enable
package loading."
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
reviewboardvsx version 0.5.1.0
VS 2008
Windows XP SP3
Please provide any additional information below.
This is an SVN repo. post-review is in my path and I have been able to use it
to create RB reviews in the past. The solution contains an ASP.NET MVC web
application and 9 Library projects, one of which is also a git project (we
checked all of the files including the .git directory into SVN) but I get the
same error on a solution that doesn't contain that particular project. Let me
know if you need any more info.
