Add NFC support #9

NFC U2F tokens are now supported when using u2fnfc instead of u2fhid. I tried to keep it as close to the hid version as possible, still it is not quite a drop in replacement.

This was tested with an ACR122U NFC reader and the Feitian ePass FIDO NFC.
