disable_secure_boot doesn't appear work #8

Morning Flynn,

I'm deploying some Ubuntu VMs to a Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V host and I've set the disable_secure_boot to true but Secure Boot is still enabled. So Ubuntu won't boot.

This has been fixed in my fork. @flynnhandley Can you review and confirm?

+1 here, Windows Server 2016 and SecureBoot stays enabled.
