Please help me to integrate to telegram, bot started, but telegram bot doesnt working:(

Hello, I need help with modifying your code. I have made some changes and I require assistance in adding a menu to the Telegram bot. Additionally, I need the Telegram bot to work only when there is a subscription to the main channel. Currently, I simply send a message requesting interaction, but if it is ignored, it continues to work. Could you help me with this? I am willing to discuss the cost.
