Process for cleaning up pack files and deleting old files not in use, without deleting files that could have been added by the user, saved files that wouldn't be in the pack update, etc.

Freddo idea = add an postupd.bat file on e: that is referenced in e:\runme.bat Runme.bat -- if postupd.bat file exists, run it, then in postupd.bat add the files that need attrib changes, deletions, etc and then delete itself after running, reboot or re-run tdl
