Sam and Max does not output any MIDI signals with either the MT-32 or Sound Canvas versions. Only regular soundblaster sound seems to work.

@flynnsbit , I can confirm this issue is still persistent in the v1.9 version of the Top300 as of this response post timestamp. Although the external MT32-pi is interacted with (I can see the LCD display change from MT to SoundCanvas display when choosing between option 2 or 3 for this game), all audio being loaded and played is only being played through the Soundblaster. This issue is a duplicate of this issue => #64
