It takes an hour to get to zero problems. Only for someone with expertise!

hey @szepeviktor, thank you for your input again.

At the moment we are not going to implement php stan analasys. When we decide to move away from scrutinizr, we might pick this up again.

Okay. Please consider fixing the problems without adding PHPStan to CI.
