Scene animation step movement. #25

Rather than make actor shapes sensors, we could try setting body velocity for better game like movement in scenes.

It's working fine since we stopped objects from colliding with map boundaries (#24 fix). We could revisit this later if scenes need it, but for now this issue is closed.
