Unable to connect #142

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Press Enable/Disable
2.Socks Proxy set or not no effect
3.Global Proxy set or not no effect

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Connection established, -> Fail to connect

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Samsung Galaxy S3 JB 4.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.
