Notifications for chat messages #15

Would be great to get notifications for chat messages. Just like how it's already working for direct messages.

Finally, I have checked if it's possible, and still not sure. It seems that Reddit uses some 3rd party client (Sendbird) and unfortunately there is no official API from Reddit itself.
