[flytekit-java] Support WorkflowNode #1002

Why would this be helpful to the Flyte community WorkflowNode allows referencing sub-workflows or other launch plans. WorkflowNode should work with local execution as well. It should be possible to reference both SdkWofkflow, SdkLaunchPlan, and SdkRemoteWorkflow (to be added, similarly to SdkRemoteTask).
