[Core Feature] Run Propeller K8sObjectMetadata adding through templating engine #1113

Motivation: Why do you think this is important? Propeller today can inject default annotations and labels into the metdata of K8s objects it creates.

Goal It might be useful for the values (maybe even the keys) to be passed through the templating system, so that a default label config of

"corp.net/uniqueKey": "{{ .nodeNameWithRetry }}"

would get filled in correctly. This is useful for metrics libraries potentially.
