[FlyteCTL Feature] Support gathering diagnostic info on sandbox failures

Describe the feature/command for FlyteCTL

Whenever user face issues with sandbox , we usually ask for a certain set of diagnostic info from the user. Would be great if these steps are automated in one single command or this is gathered automatically in case sandbox doesn't start

For eg : flytectl sandbox gather-diagnostics could be an explicit command along with supporting this on flytectl sandbox start. This could gather all the important info required for debugging user error including logs , kubernetes flyte object dumps

Provide a possible output or UX example

flytectl sandbox gather-diagnostics

This could return a structured json

• flyte namespace objects and there details
• logs for the deployment

Any other details that might be useful for debugging
