[Housekeeping] Use `core` flytekit-python-template to materialize flytesnacks/core examples #2220

Describe the issue

As part of project catapult, use the template resulting from this issue: https://github.com/flyteorg/flyte/issues/2219 to materialize the core examples in the flytesnacks repo, updating any file structure or CI workflows accordingly.

Effectively, flytesnacks will be one of the primary consumers of the flytekit-python-template repo once we hammer down the exact process of doing this.

What if we do not do this?

We'll never get out of flytesnacks Makefile hell 🔥
