Link to dataflow execution #3374

Motivation: Why do you think this is important?

It would make the flyte console even more complete as a central go-to for a job execution if I were able to go from the flyte execution graph view to the dataflow graph.

Goal: What should the final outcome look like, ideally?

Clicking on the dataflow job node in the graph should provide the link to the dataflow page

@jonathanschuchart today we do not have dataflow plugin. Is this at Spotify internal can we open it? Else it is relatively straightforward to add a link to flyteconsole directly from the plugin
