[UI Feature] Improve JSON renderer to prefer friendly names over enum #3724

Motivation: Why do you think this is important?

It can be hard to determine what resources the request is using via the app UI. For example, in the image below, the blue numeric keys represent CPU, GPU, etc.

Goal: What should the final outcome look like, ideally?

In place the blue numeric key values showing the enum value, show a friendly string instead.
