[UI Feature] Show workflow environment variables on UI #3914

Motivation: Why do you think this is important?

Now Flyte supports setting custom env var for an execution. It would be great to be able to see those env vars on flyteconsole for both visibility and debuggability.

Goal: What should the final outcome look like, ideally?

Maybe making it possible to view env vars from here?
