Doesn't compile in current Arduino IDE #2

I was not able to get this to compile on v1.5 or v1.0.4 of the Arduino IDE 
(RF22B_init_parameter() not defined in this scope) however it works just fine 
in v1.0.1 of the Arduino IDE. 

Wasn't able to find any info on this online, so I thought I would post it here.

Sorry, this issue is in regards to the thUndeadMOD firmware.

To solve this problemmy must be migrated section "RFM22B/Si4432 control 
functions for OpenLRS" placed before the "/ / # # # MAIN LOOP # # #".
Graphically in the file.
