Hi, @Gianfranco97 / @Naylin15

It's reported by @btry

The problem is mainly because third pary apps don't trigger depplink handling in Android the native browser tries to open the deeplink itself instead of opening our agent for example I have to use firefox to make it work correctly

We need to create a matrix of compatibility. Third party apps don't trigger deeplinks.

Hi, @btry

To solve it, we will integrate also this feature in the Android MDM Agent

https://github.com/flyve-mdm/flyve-mdm-android-agent/issues/157

And in the iOS MDM Agent

https://github.com/flyve-mdm/flyve-mdm-ios-agent/issues/113

The idea is to handle App Link and avoid the use of the Web Browser.

Regards.

I'm already researching this to create the matrix of compatibility of the browser supported.
