Add "Flywheel MSA" (Flywheel Master Services Agreement) license #18

Request from @inijim:

Please add to that to that list "Flywheel Master Services Agreement" or "Flywheel MSA" for short. This will cover Gears that we develop for customers to augment the product that may not be open source, and will reference the existing license agreement between Flywheel and the customer.

The string "Flywheel MSA" was added, but that might not be very clear from the diff. I am open to making that newline delimited if reviewers don't like it.

This is technically a semantic change, so I will bump the patch version once approved.

The main value of the enum is to enable programmatic understanding of the license, so I'm entirely fine with adding a license or two that users deem convenient. It's mostly limited to OSI-approved licenses, both keep the list from growing out of control, and to encourage the use of OSI licenses, but as long as we don't end up adding 30+ proprietary license agreements this change seems fine to me. Merging!
