Add Default Main/Substat for Character #4

Default Character will be useful for testing. Find out default main/substats for each job.

Intelligence Job: 715 - 266 - 21(miqo'te moon base intelligence) = 428

Same for black mage(770 - 321 - 21 = 428), so we assume jobs with same main stat have same base main stat
