Fix UI issues

was a simple bug in code. works well now

Seems like we can't make too many requests from React: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65114035/err-insufficient-resources-errors-on-axios-get-request-in-react

• But we need to separate simulation to requests units so we can give users progress in realtime.
• So we batch 4-8 simulations at a time for each requests - 4000 requests in total

moved exe execute to inside electron background process. Now cmd doesn't pop up and gracefully shuts down with the app shutting down.

we still need the backend server to gracefully shutdown.

Changed repository names from simbot -> simhelper

We need to change logo/any code that says simbot in it.
